I need some suggestions for a good Network card that will let me overclock.
I have tried 3 that I have here but I can't go over 139 FSB with any of them
They are
netgear fa310
netgear fa311
3com 3c905c-tx
Unless there's something I am missing.
I can raise bus up to 147 without them
I would think the 3com would do the best. I have a cheep linksys and I have had my system up to 160 fsb with no problems. Your problem could be a combonation of network card and some other card in your system. Take out all the cards accept the network and video and see if your fsb will go higher.

I have a cheap older D-Link card, very good, I could go up to 133 MHz (the max of my compaq board) wasn't stable but posted
This should probably be under "General Hardware."
But for my money, I like the Netgear FA311. I like them, and I've had rare problems with them.
I have all 3 of the cards you listed
netgear fa310
netgear fa311
3com 3c905c-tx
and have tested all of them to a 40mhz PCI bus with no problems.
My favorite nic is Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100, I have a bunch of them and tested them all to 166fsb on a Asus CUSL2-C(intel board). Also you never need a drivers disk for these cards in any OS support is automatic which is just so nice.

I have used Linksys and 3com with great and reliable results.
