Does anyone know how to lock XP from the keyboard is this possiable at all ? :bang head

Have you not already done Ctrl-Alt-Del, and then "Lock workstation"?

I believe that you must be using a Windows 2000 style logon in order to have this option. Run:control userpasswords2, click on the advanced tab and make sure secure logon is checked. Then holding the windows key and hitting L will lock it. Or also Ctrl+Alt+Del and choosing Lock, or setting up a screensaver and choosing to require a password be entered.
