256mb Kingmax PC150, or OCZ Enhanced PC150

The Kingmax seems tempting since it runs at 6.0ns, I'm not sure about the OCZ. The problem is that I can't seem to change the settings in the BIOS, and the Kingmax's default is 3-2-2. I'm mainly looking to run it at 153 mhz. OCZ also seems very tempting since it's guaranteed to run 150 2-2-2. The only thing is that overclockerzstore.com has a very bad returns reputation

Kingmax, if you can not change your memory timing in the bios this may be a real problem.
I have not used the kingmax but I have used tonicom and mushkin rev 3+ and the spd (what your bios uses to determine the memory timings) is programmed for 3-3-3 over 133 mhz.
