Help with dll

I really need help with this.

Oleaut32.dll needs to be updated, and I have a new file but it's currently being used by windows in both safe mode and normal mode. How can I copy over it? It's crashing all of my programs almost.

I fixed it by installing VB Runtime 6 from MS's site. Contains several dlls and whatnot and solved my problem. Almost ready to do a reformat but now I don't need to. :)
