cs servers

my buddy jsut got into cs but when he looks under the internet tab he only sees 4 servers....can u help out?

when I give him a ip he can add to fav and everything and it works ok

What version of CS, Steam and Half-Life is he running.

well hes only playing counterstrike and hes using steam so 1.6

Clear the filters, that's probably the problem. Under ping change it from 50 to all, that's usually the ofended.

thats what i did first..the servers he sees are like over 150 ping...
