Ok, I just ran out of labels and I'm looking to buy some more. But before I did that, I wanted to get some feedback on labels from the O/C community. Please note, I'm not made of money but I would like to get some choices that won't damage by CDs, work with Inkjet printers and have a nice matte finish.
Maybe this is beneath the group but I thought I give it a shot.

Any CD labels are bad for the lifespan of the discs because they attach with GLUE directly onto the DATA LAYER*. One guy on Slashdot who had 100s of CD-Rs (of different brands, recorded with different drives over a ~7 year period, all discs were stored in the spindels they came in) reported that all of them were readable except the ones he put glue-on/stick-on labels on (fortunately only a handful had them). The only safe way to label discs is to use a water or alcohol based permenant market (like a Sharpie).
*Modern CDs and CD-Rs are layered as follows:
Ultra thin label
(only surface protection for the data layer)
------------------------------
DATA
------------------------------
Plastic
