im geting readings of 89 - 91 C is this posible ?, or could the program have a bug ?

that's very bad, no the therms don't lie. If you have exta cooling they may lie to ur adveantege but they will never say 90 when its 60, only 60 when it might be 90. So I would say downclock fast untill you get yourself some better cooling, if you have a compaq I woudln't be surprised, they have bad cases and only 1-2 fans, and very poor cpu HSF. I suggest getting a new sys cause compaqs aren't for overclcoks, if you cant, your best bet is to get a really strong 120mm fan as in intake and same for outtake. replace the HSF with somthing better, you may want to lay low the voltage if you upped it.

wel isnt much of a compaq no more , for a couple reasons ive moded teh case alot
4 fans
flashed bios
new hardware
more ram

the heat sink is ok im going to get some artic silver II

and as far as i know my mobo has no heat sensor

so i dint know what cpu cool is getting the temps from

becuase 90 c is around 200 f and i can touch the heat sink and it isnt that warm

its common for software to be wrong, I think you have kinda answered this yourself :) if you can touch it and your finger does not have a blister then its not 200F :)
