evil grin. look at the barb size and the lable . just look at the psi rating. btw these arnt made anymore . they have a titanium internal bell housing

this beast could easily run 3 very restrictive cpu blocks without sweating

dont know if u saw my edit, but the thing on the right looks like a hydor.

I got a T1. It's simply just an awesome pump. Very well made, and runs like a dream. I didn't see any reason to get a T3 over a T1 (the T1's were around $155 shipped).

I saw that auction, and was very tempted to pick up another in case mine dies.

Think you will get anywhere near 50 psi? I wouldn't want to risk a blown heater core.

wow that thing is aweseom
what are the advanged over an iwaki? the psi rating?
how much of a temp difference would that create

So, I see you got felinusz's pump?

thorilan
06-26-04, 02:16 PM
yes i got felis pump. as for the temp diference and the advantage over a iwaki. this is what you would call extreme overkill in a 1 block system so i have a special project it will be used for in the future . unfortunately i dont have any money to do it now.

i see that those stats are at 60hz - what kind of performance do you expect on the 50hz supply (afaik) in japan?

thorilan
06-26-04, 07:22 PM
should be about the same and if not i can always run at 60 because i have converters im not using atm

??? you have converters to change the frequency of the supply??? if so i'm very interested as my iwakis lose 3M of head by being run on a 50hz supply over a 60hz one :(

I may not be reading the pic right, but max fluid temp of 60C?

keep an eye (or ear) on your rad fans.... wouldn't want to lose the pump to a fan failure.

thorilan
06-26-04, 09:15 PM
yes thats what it says but thats to stop the pump from doing its auto cutoff for dry run because the dryrun detects high temps.

i dont think i have ever had a system make fluid more than 48c at max load with no fans on ( yes i run systems with no fan on the rad to test thier max equilibrium)
