Still Can't Find stable settings for 3D Mark

I have tried numerous settings and still can't find any settings to let me benchmark my system with 3D Mark 2001 unless I drop to lower settings.
I flashed the latest KT7 Raid BIOS but the results still seem the same.
I bought the CPU,motherboard,cooler as a bundle gauranteed to achieve 800@1G,so I can only think that it's my settings.
Multiplier X9.5
FSB 105/33
Core V 1.8
I/O 3.6
Temp 35
If I run 3D Mark 2001 as soon as I click on the icon it freezes.
Any Suggestios please !

I'm not sure if you've checked out the madonion website. There is a troubleshooting guide that helped me out when I couldn't get it to run.

If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall it. MAke sure you have no programs running in the background when you run it.
