Need advice guys!

Hey everyone. I ran a test yesturday and found out that my Corsair 256 MEG PC2400 RAM that I ordered was toast..... :( I ordered this from www.corecomputers.com

Has anyone else ordered from them? They are telling me they can't refund me the shipping for the new unit and to send the old back to them. So they send me broken parts and I end up paying an extra $30 for shipping???? Can they actually do this?

Got another RAM stick coming along with my Liam Li PC60 case /w window cut, window kit, cold cathode neon light, rounded cables.....

Shoot. Well I guess I should read the fine print next time. I didn't think a company would be that jack@**ish to do that to a customer. Doesn't make sense to me. They send me broken stuff and I have to pay for it..... grrrrrrrrrr
