View Full Version : Do games run faster if you use a seperate drive for them?

I dont mean in terms of framerate but rather in terms of loading time, etc...

I assume you mean on there own partition...

In that case yes i am sure it would. Less seek time = faster loading

Well no i mean for example lets say I have one 36GB Raptor for programs and operating system, and one 74GB raptor for running games.

Larger partitions take more time to search/seek...
