Would this be too hard to do? My only question is how to feed the tubes back into the case? Is this any better then putting the rad in the case?

im kinda working on the same thing, im trying to mount a caprice HC to the back of the case, that way the tubes are able to go in via the pci slots. or if they are all full you can just drill a hole in your case.

1) take off the top pci slot cover and put the tubes through that.
2) buy the slot cover that has two holes drilled in it with rubber bushing to put the tubes through.
3) drill holes in your own slot cover and put the tubes through.
or
4) drill holes somewhere else in the case and put the tubes through there.
