sup guys? well every time i open this folder of my tv collection, i get this stupid error that pops up. it says something about explorer illegal action(pic attached) can anyone tell me what the heck this means? and how i can fix it...thanks
Does it mention the same memory address each time? If so, you might wanna run Memtest and make sure your RAM is still in 100% working order. It could also be explorer getting flakey because of a bad file in the folder you're browsing. When XP gets previews for the thumbnails and comes across a bad file, I know it can cause problems deleting files, but an error message like that would be possible as well.

I used to get explorer errors every time I opened up a folder that I stored videos in. A couple formats later, it doesnt happen as often... but it still happens. It seems to affect me the most when I open up folders that my file sharing programs download to.

Does it only happen in that folder? Also you might want to change the icon view from thumbnails to something else.
