any luck running 1x512 and 2x256 dual channel

Ok i have 2 corsiar xms 2x256 running dual channel w/ timings at 11,3,3,2.

Wondering if i could just get a 512 stick of the same stuff or different (but good)brand and still keep the timing and performace?

Yes. I have a 256 xms3500, a 256 xms3200, and a 512 xms3500pro running dual channel in an Epox 8rda3+. I'm running 2-3-3-3-11 @204 Mhz 2.8 volts. What I did was run memtest on each stick to find the slowest stick then used that as my timings.
