My wife has a problem. Her laptop's power connector broke off of the motherboard, and it's out of its warantee period. I remember seeing something about being able to plug a laptop's HDD into an adapter, which will then plug into a standard IDE cable to be used in a normal sized PC. Does anyone have any links to where I can get one of these?
Here's one, but my local non mass market shops stock them too.

They seem to have better kits including the mounting brackets.
