get Tweak UI and itll fix that problem youll still see the screen but it will auto logon every time if you wnat it to - also you can disable the spash screen so it takes way less time to bootup

In your registry, find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Winlogon key.
In this key, add the following string value entry "Default Password" (don't type the quotation marks). Modify it so that the value is set to equal the default user's password.
Restart and windows should automatically logon.
go to www.regedit.com (http://www.regedit.com) for more information about registry editing.
For more info on this particular registry edit:

I've never tried this edit before, so please be careful!

You could just go to the command prompt, and in the C:\windows directory type del *.pwl. That will delete all Passwords. Then next time you boot it will come up with the login info, but don't despair it is the last time. After telling it your name(or anything in the Name field) press enter. Another screen will come up with a confirm Password. Delete everything in the fields so that they are both blank and press enter, then your set no more logins

If it helps, there's also a MSKB article on disabling the Windows logon prompt...

You don't have to go through the registry hacks to remove that. Just go back into the network properties and remove Client for Microsoft Networks and Family Logon if they are there. If that still does not work then go into the passwords icon and make sure you check the option that says to have all users use the same preferences.
