Hello, i have an old amd k6-2 450@550 that i just started to use for folding, it is taking 19 minutes per frame or so.
this morning i started my wifes celeron 700 and it does the frames in 7 minutes.
the celeron is really that much better ? its only running at 150mhz faster do i have some kinda problem with my k6-2 ?
system specs are..
amd k6-2 450@550
msi 5169 MB
192 MB ram
voodoo 3 3000
celeron 700
soyo 7isa+ MB
128 MB ram
intel 810 graphics on the MB
i am a real newbie at getting computers working at peak permormance it seems hehe, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
