hooking up a ide hardrive to a sata port?

My ide ports are full so is there anyway that I can hook up another ide hardrive using the sata port without having to buy a sata hardrive?

Yes there are devices that can make an IDE harddrive plug into a SATA port. Abit makes them. There called Serillel 2 (http://www.abit-usa.com/technology/serillel_new.php) .
