it could work for a little while but get a 350 or better as soon as you can. I had a 250w on one of my 1700 rigs overclocked and it went out in a few weeks. Luckily only the PS died. Sometimes other components go as well so I would try to be safe if I were you. Generally it seems like most people will say 350w is minimum for anything nowadays especially when OCing.

EDIT: I reread your post about the PS being an Antec so you are a little better off. Now if it was a generic 300w then I'd say change it right away. I bought a Sparkle 350W from newegg for under 30 shipped. Sparkle is owned by Fortron is is pretty damn good stuff.

I definataly reccomend getting of those. Your 300 watt Antec probably won't do too good of a job in that system.

Iffy - overclocking will be limited. I would suggest a Fortron 350w, Antec 380w, or better.
