does anyone especially Allen or a forum moderater mind if I or anyone else attempts to recruit new members to the www.overclockers.com F@H team. if so please respond quickly because i would like to get started covering the slack that due to abandonment, back to school etc. I don't know why it would be wrong but if for any reason it is rejected i will most certainly not partake in it.

depends on how you do it. I would mention both teams to be fair though. Be nice, just a little message, don't push it. Explain what both teams are and what they do and let them decide. I don't want a recruiting war going on.

i wasn't going to push it at all. i was mainly going to single out people who flaunted their computer stats on their signatures because if anyone wants to join a team that uses computer power for competition, it would most definately be them. again i will only say things like "we have a good team going here but we would need your help to both benefit medical science and squash other teams with 4 times as many members" nothing serious and i will only ask once, absolutely no hassle

I would still mention both teams though.
AND a private message or E-mail is probably a better to do it.

Due to the understandable enthusiasm for both our teams we limit Folding and Seti Posts to one of each in the top 50 posts. More just gets moved to the Seti or folding topics, where they are just preaching to the choir.
I changed my sig, but for right now it's preaching to the choir too since I really don't post in the other forums, but what the heck.
