I've been using Dtek Supercool additive for 6 months now with distilled water. I changed to 10% antifreeze with 90% distilled water today and the tubing is insanely cloudy!
It seemed to work well though, I had no buildups of anything inside the waterblock or anywhere else, just really cloudy tubing.
The temps seem to have dropped 3 or 4c with antifreeze.
All in all it seems a pretty good additive for its price
Just posting this because at the time I bought it I couldnt find anything usefull on here about it
Any ideas on cleaning the tubing? may aswell just buy some more though I guess
