AG Satellite Sending Mucho Bytes

Whenever I start AG Satellite and it starts sending a file, it outputs data at about 500 kilobytes per second. AG tells me it's outputing at like 30 kilobytes. Anybody know why this happens? I'm worried it's DOSing someone.

That sounds like the "bottleneck" effect. But I'm not sure. No experiance in that yet.
