If anyone knows of a guide to make a fanbus that will be able to switch my fans from 12V to 7V to 5V, let me know! I saw an article GideonTech that had a 12V / 5V, but I want the 7V option, too! Point me in a direction or show me how to make one with pics, anything is appreciated, and I'll need a list of things to get from my trusty Radioshack(the guys there are starting to get to know me, even though I've only been on vacation here a week!)

Check out this (http://www.fanbus.com/) site there are a bunch of instructions and diagrams..

Also you should do a google search for fanbus and baybus you should be able to find all that you need.

I'll see about making a diagram. It'd use two switches, most likely.

Four ways to turn off the fan: Turn off the "red" switch, turn off the "black" switch, turn them both off, or switch both to 5V. Both switches are single-pole double-throw.

Thx for the responses, I'm gonna look into building a fanbus, but not just yet, I don't think! Realized I ran out of cash, yesterday, from all the mods I've been doing!
