Please link to that pic instead of posting it. I'm running 1600x1200 and it fills up almost all of the screen.
Hella-sweet looking though!

Sorry, for some reason it automatically fills up your entire window...hmm.
I know what I'm gonna be doing when I get some spare fans!
Thanks for the info.

doh nm I see you posted the instructions lol. Too slow I Guess! hehe
kick-arse mod tho..
Shweet :D But I think a differently colored led would look better though.

What would work well would be two differently colored ones, one slightly further towards the center than the other! Although it might turn out lobsided...maybe add 4 LEDs to the fan! That ought to lower your rpm, too! :D
this does not seem like an easy mod...
at least, his instructions leave out ALOT of details!
great idea... just definitely have'nt the electronics background.

Kinda has too many little things that you need to go out and find...maybe I'll do it on my intake fans, though...but my new blue neon light already looks phat behind them :D
Somesort of reflecting material on the blades could look cool also. Setup a LED somewhere in the case where it can be seen. Then have the blades reflect it...

I can't help but wonder how this modification effects fan balance and air flow as as weight has the possibility of creating a minor vibration which may increase over time.
Well I think I am going to pick up some LEDs and try his new updated version. I got fans to burn anyhow.
That has got to be one of the coolest, and most original mods that I've EVER seen!
