Hi,

I've just installed a Microsoft 'Power Toy' on my pc.

I selected a 'Do Not show Username' option on log on, as my pc has been logging on automatically.

However it now comes up with a screen asking me to click on the Username to log in.

(I assume that this is what I have hidden.......)

Anyone know how to get round this without a rebuild?

I think the utility was called 'Tweakuit.exe' or something similar)

Help ASAP

Thanks

At the welcome screen hit the Ctrl+Alt+Del Key combo twice, and you'll get the W2K style logon window...type "Administrator" in the User Name field, and the password for the Admin. account in the Password field.

After you get to the desktop, click Start | Run | Type...control userpasswords2 and click OK | On the "Users" tab, clear the "Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer" check box and then click OK | In the "Automatically Log On" dialog box that appears, type the user name and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you start your computer.
