18 amps on the 12v is low...that wouldent be a very good psu for overclocking.

of should i just tighten the buckle and get a 530w sparkle? for 30 more?

yeah if it even catches on at all that is. but if you want to OC that psu you listed will definatly hold you back. and sparkles* have pretty good resale value as opposed to that $45 POS no one is gonna want to buy :-/

ok the thermaltake 430 is off my list,
