Asus P2B and Cel800???? help!

I have Asus P2B and I'm upgrading to Celeron800(100FSB).
Mobo is revision 1.02 so will this celeron work on this mobo??
I will need slotket adaptor also..need to chance voltage!!!!

HELP!!! I need new proc. very soon!!!!!!!!!

It seems to work properly with a slotket adapter where you can set the required voltage by the chip :)
