Ok, im looking at playing a console on my pc (I don't have a TV). I was wondering what would be a good solution to this (preferably not too expensive), and that wouldn't lag the input fromt he controllers to the monitor etc?

Can anyone recommend a model or something along those lines ? I was thinking of a Leadtek TV2000 Xp or something along those lines. :)

the 2000xp series is great if you use Svideo inputs, the av is a bit ugly. YOu also have to get a rca female to mini connector

ok, so either the ati or leadtek one. What about audio connectors? Are those on the cards or do I need another magical device ?

I use the leadtek one to play SNES and the only thing I needed was an RCA to stereo 1/8" converter that I got at radio shack. The quality is decent, though it can be a little dark in some games, but you can change the contrast. I don't know how the s-video looks but sometimes the graphics look a little blurred up close, they are fine from further away. That's just my experiance, I still recommend the card as I've had less trouble with it than my friend had with his ATI. The only other thing I can think of about the card is that the volume controls on the remote don't work with my sound card.
