Thermaltake Lanmoto/Tsunami Dreams - HELP

I have a few questions about the Tt Lanmoto/Tsunami Dreams cases (same cases diffrent front bezel):

1) Does the side fan help lower CPU temps? I know on the Xaser III the top side pannel fan raised CPU temps in some circumstances.

2) Would it be better to use the side pannel fan mount for ducting the CPU fan or (in some way) the GPU?

3) I can't seem to find many other cases, apart from Antec P160, that have front and rear 120mm fans and don't cost over £100, are there any alternatives that you would recomend?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No removable Motherboard tray
Hard to keep clean (oh the pains of nice paint)
No filter on 90mm side panel fan

adding a duct for me lowered temps about 7C and alot of other have had temps drop 10+ C in some cases (pending on ambient temp)

so i would suggest a side duct - just be sur if you use a fan - that the fan runs the same speed RPM as the CPU fan.

Thanks, I'll do that then. One question though - surely it wouldn't matter what RPM the fans are spinning at, so long as they're moving the same amount of air?
