New Athlon 1.4gig

I just received my new Athlon 1.4gig in the mail today. I dont know jack about AMD processors, I've used Intel up to this point. Could someone please shed some light on this chip? The info on the top is as follows:

I know there's certain steppings that are better than other, and that the third line of information plays into the equation as well.

As soon as I get my KG7-Lite, I'll be all set.

dang fine chip...it is a pretty good O/C u can be between 1.6-1.9 on that
