It happened three times yesterday while playing BFV. No indication of any problems, no artifacting or severe lagging. I am running a mobile XP 2500+ with a Zalman CNPS6000CU h/s and fan on a NF7-S mobo with 2 x 512 Corsair PC3200 in dual channel mode and a Radeon 9800 PRO. Overclocking the CPU to 210x11.5 @ 1.7 v. No oc on the GFX. Temps appear ok. No hotter than 52c as reported by MBM.

Thanks for any help you might throw my way.

I've seen similar problems - even in bfv, especially when running an overclock with too low of a core voltage supplied... or perhaps unstable memory.

I'd memtest the 210 fsb - and if needed loosen the ram timings or increase the vdimm.

If memtest has no problems with 210 fsb, then I'd prime - but I'm fairly certain if memtest passes, prime will not pass if you're getting blue screens. You're going to have to lower the overclock or increase the core voltage most likely.

I've had simular problem twice, like the one you have. I found it to be a overheating Video card . Also running to high of a fsb on the cpu(Just another thing you might want to look at.)
