I have Windows XP RC2 and it seems as if ezcd creator 4 or 5 will not work with this Operatin System, can anyone tell me what burning program will work in XP, also i thought that XP had its own CD Burning software
Nero has a new version that is supposed to work with xp.
Xp does have its own cd burning software.

Yes XP has it's own cd-burning software and it works, bot only for all-or-none recording. Not the packet recording with ez CD creator. I used Nero 5.5 and it works fine.

where in the heck is the CD Burning software located - or what is it called, you n=mena that i can burn a few hundred megs and leave the session open for later buring? So once i start i cant go back and add stuff, all i wanna burn in music and vcd's
I use CDRWIN in XP RC2 and it works great.
i use nero and the internal burner with xp
rc1 about to get rc2
both i have without the 180day limit and the 14 days hahahahahahahahahahahahahaa

Jason, The XP burner software works like this, just copy the contents you want to record and then paste them onto your CDRW drive. You cannot go back and record more on this session, like I said, all-or-none.

Nero works on XP!!!... and about XP's CD burning feature, I have yet to make a successful copy. It always returns errors, this happens when it is already burning... I've already wasted lots of CDR's trying to make it work... it would be better if it has a feature of simulating the process first than directly copying...

thaks i think that i will use nero or CDRWIN that way i dont make coasters. That XP way dont sound like a reliable way to burn stuff with a drag and drop. And no burn simulator
