BBA 8500 128 DDR card- best driver 4 HTPC

I am wondering what would be best performance/stability driver for an 8500 128 DDR card in a HTPC. I have heard the newer catalyst drivers are not the best choice. I am open to Omega suggestions as well

I just use the latest ati ones for my 8500 aiw, havent had any probs.

thx for reply, won't matter anyhow as the card I have was just received back from ATI on an RMA and it to is hooped , giving me all sorts of vpu erros and I can not even install a driver. This is with card tested in 2 systems one a P4 and the other Athlon XP, both on fresh XP OS installs with all bios settings at default.

So this card went back with a nice note to ATI to give me a working one LOL
