View Full Version : Anyone running an AMD 1.4, Abit KG7Raid + corsair PC 24000 CAS2 memory?

If you are running these three items how is your overclockablility? What setting did you use in the bios for memory and timings and such. Did you encounter any issues or problems?

I should be getting all theses parts by the weekend hopefully..I wasn't planning on OCing yet,...but I did get the 2400 cas2 Corsair rated at 300mhz with the KG7 and T-bird 1.4.....I'll let ya know if I have any problems other then that, but I wasn't expecting on overclocking it just yet :p

Hey write me an email or do you have AIM?!??! We should stay in touch! I am recieving my parts tommorrow as well. If we have problems its good to have someone to contact.

If you have problems its a good idea to discuss them and post them in the forums as the information may help other users.

I agree..what kind of setup will you be running?

Here's my specs:

400wat Sparkle PSU
1.4gig t-Bird
512 megs PC2400 300mhz rated (2 x 256)
IBM ATA100/7200 40.1gig Deskstar (x 2) running in Raid 0 Striped
Radeon 64 DDR


I'll let you know if I have any problems, I've even got a window kit so I'll take pics once it's all done. Let me know if you have any trouble either.

Sorry don't have AIM, I've got ICQ tho.

A little off topic, but What is a Window Kit?? BTW I already have my setup below going for a couple days now, the KG7-Raid ROCKS, no O/Cing just yet though.

A window kit is a kit with a plexiglass window and window frame. It is used to add a window to the side of a computer chassis. Please see enclosed link for pictures. Here is a link to a window with an applique on it and a neon lighting kit installed.
