I returned my IC7-MAX3 and 3.0c 30 cap p4 for another one (hoping I can reach higher o/c than 3.75ghz). I find myself with another cpu that wont even budge higher than 3.25ghz (another 3.0c 30 cap chip).
I think this processor was previously used (damn Frys electronics    ) And tommorow I think Ill be returning this chip for another 3.0c.
How good are the SL6WK 12 cap 3.0c p4 for o/c? And should I just exchange the DFI Lanparty for another good o/c board (if this isnt one already)?

First- Welcome to the forums! :attn:
I don't think that you should return the CPU, and I have a number of reasons for it.
1) Processor run beyond specified operating environments, namingly out of stock frequency and most likely beyond stock voltage. Intel certifies the unit to do n million cycles per second; you pushed it farther than Intel certified the unit to do, so it's your problem.
2) Overclocking is not guaranteed. Intel once again certifies the CPU to operate in a reasonably controlled environment--a given normal voltage, a +/- voltage tolerance, a given frequency, and a given maxium continuous temperature. Overclocking tends to throw all of these out the window.
Could it be that something besides the CPU is deciding to give you trouble? Full specs!

Yeah definately I agree with you. However I tried all the options I can think of. Set my memory timings to 3-4-4-8 (OCZ PC4400 RAM), tried upping the VCORE to 1.675 for ONLY 235FSB. Still no go. It was rock stable @ 3.3ghz with a vcore of 1.550.
So here are the specs:
DFI Lanparty 875B
3.0C Pentium4 SL6WK 30 caps
512MBx2 OCZ PC4400 3-4-4-8
Radeon 9700 pro
2x36gb raptor RAID 0
Antec 430W True Power PSU
Koolance Fulltower case w/ water cool system by koolance
currently @ 3.0ghz stock 200FSB
Idle temps: 32c (A/C currently on)
