foaming at the mouth

I am using the stuff from caseetc that makes your water tranluscent. However, I am having major problems with it foaming up like crazy when it suddenly gets in contact with air, when I am maintaining the watercooling sytem. Anyone recommend anything I may able to add to the water to keep it from happening. And I don't want to use a resovoir ;)
