127.0.0.1 is the same as localhost

basically its your comuter connecting to itself, maybe zonealarm checking whats open?

use smoothwall its way better

www.smoothwall.org its more of a hardware firewall though

Bud, the 127.0.0.1 connections mean NOTHING. It is simply your computer talking to itself. Zonealarm WILL NOT block these, because they are NEEDED for the operating system, certain programs use the localhost address to get other bits of information for the program. These are NOT outside address connecting, or trying to connect to your computer, just like what Xenocide said, dont worry about those ip's or ports. And, setting up a smoothwall firewall/gateway is much better than zonealarm.....

127.0.0.1 is known as the localhost IP address. It is a way of referrining to your own PC. As stated, sometimes these ports need to be opened, but dont worry about 127.0.0.1 to 127.0.0.1 connections. No-one is attacking your PC.

I looked into what each port is used for:

1026 is generally the messenger service
http://www.portsdb.org/bin/portsdb.cgi?portnumber=1026&protocol=ANY&String=
http://www.portsdb.org/bin/portsdb.cgi?portnumber=1027&protocol=ANY&String=

The others turn up results like "Resource Manager" and the like, nothing to be worried about.
