i have a block (copper) from either becool or danger den. I cant remember but it was sent to me normal mail (no duty). And was only around 30-35 bucks (US). I got a heater core from Canadian Tire (just ask if you can look at a bunch). Mine is very similar to the BIG Momma radiator. I think i got it for around 45 CDN$. My pump is a mag drive 1.5 (180 gph) it keeps my Tbird 1100@1400 stable as a stone and below 44C at full load (1.9v).

also forgot to add that i am using an AC 105 CFM sunon fan with a cardboard shroud.(i used to use two but it was too loud and i no longer use peltiers so i didnt need the airflow anymore).

try http://www.cpuwatercool.com they are out of TO I think. They carry DD waterblocks, cube rad(I think), and various other goodies. I've order a few things from them and they seem quite good.
