moniter so i guess video card not working when over clocking k6-2 450

i have a aopen ax59 pro mobo, when i change the clock multiplier up from 4.5 to 5 and reboot the monitor starts running screen test
how come my graphix crad riva tnt2 32mb won't work??? this is my first time trying to overclock so i have absolutely no idea what is going on.... stupid comp:confused:

1st of all, the K6-2 family were never good at O/cing to begin with, second of all, that is prolly the chips limit, if you havent raised the FSB then it is the chips limit, but if you have riased the fsb, then it may be that the AGP freq. is to high
