Loki Games (http://www.lokigames.com/)
Some of the more popular games for linux are on that site, but ya have to buy the windows copy and run a different exe file that works in linux.
I was running Unreal tourney in linux and didn't have any problems...so far..

So if I have some windows games, and I create/mod the EXE file, will it work in Linux ?

I'm about to make my 210 a Linux box, to try it out. I got lots of games that run on it now, so how could i get them to work in linux? (remember i'm a newb to linux, and a vetran from the days of DOS, lol)

That's exactly what I have going on. I recently took a unix class for work, and we were using a Red Hat 7 server. Did you know that "dir" does the same as "ls" in Red Hat? I found that out! It felt good to be back in a non-GUI OS for a while.

Use wine to install the game and then use wine to play the game.
You have three ways here:
1) Buy games, such as at ebgames.com, they have decent linux games like q3 for $10
2)Compile your quake3source with wine libraries
3)Run Q3 under Wine!

Oh, WINE is a pain for a Linux newbie like me. Try the WINE 1.0 BETA if you do chose to try WINE. It seemed more stable to me.
UT works and that is all that matters :)
going to check out ebgames.com too thanks.
