Aopen Geforce II MX 400 All-In-One TV in/out and Video in/out retail box

To replace my Asus geforce 256 Deluxe DDR 32 meg card. Will it give me better performance even though it uses sdram or should I just wait for the GE3 MX cards, need Video in and would like TV out as well, just trying to figure out if it would be cheap upgrade to sell and buy something new now!

And MX400 will perform worse in most situation, current games want still more fillrate than GPU power. Yer GF1 DDR does hires much better than MX.

Was thinking of getting an MX400 but since GF3 MX is out, I'll probably grab a GF2 Ultra in a few weeks from now and o/c the hell out of it !.
