I am not sure what thats suppose to mean.
I get that alot, mainly when the server gives me the message "no work available from server"

Since I am new to BOINC I experienced this as well. Apparently, it means that Berkeley is having trouble keeping up with demand for work units. This could be caused by issues on their end while they are bringing this project fully online or it could just be that they need to add more splitters to handle the data that is available. I read that the splitters take quite a while to break the units up to send out. As long or longer than we take to crunch them and send them back so they have to keep adding splitter capacity to keep up with all of us crunchers! :)

They should have more work pretty soon and things should smooth out as they get more experience running BOINC with its new demands vs. the older S@H style.

Yep it generally means the spliiters can't keep up, or the server has been boinced. It's interesting that they posted a week or so ago that the splitters were finally keeping up with demand, yet I get that message several times a day. It appears as though they're using a sneaky method to keep up with demand. When your machine connects and requests so many seconds of work for cache, it gives you fewer work units which are labeled as taking much longer to complete. In this way they satisfy your machines request for x many seconds of work while only giving you a few work units, which in reality take no longer to complete than any other unit. Basically they're just deferring everyone.
