1.6 bios

I am quite new to all of this and was wondering if i can use the flashmenu to go back to a old bios say 1.5

Yes you can go back, no problem. But you will need to have the 1.5 BIOS file already downloaded on your computer first. Use the file option with FlashMenu, not the update method. I always go back to default speed and settings before flashing a BIOS... or at least back down to something that's 110% stable.

which is the best bios for overclocking 1.5 or 1.6?
