IS full load temperature 55C too high for AI7?

With ambient temperature 29-30C, is full load temperature 55C too high?
It's reading from AI7, is AI7 give a reading of a few degrees higher?

Is a overclocked 6800 XT junction temp of 108 degrees Celsius okay? It maxed out at 111 degrees Celsius for a second too which seems bad.
