Who knows DDR?

I think I have the basics down , such as 1 T and 2 T , is this the time to precharge? What are the best DDR settings , if I up the voltage on my DDR will it help the precharge any?My settings at the moment are 2.55 volts , cas 2 , 4way , and 1t , is this the best settings , also , I have heard that ECC was enabled on a Shuttle AK 31 rev2 , is this true and if so how do I disable it?

if your mobo supports ECC and u dont want to use it, u should be able to disable it in your BIOS usually under "Advanced Chipset Features"
