Create floppy start disk win XP: Where ?

I'm looking for the location of "create WIN XP start floppy disk" for 2 hours now and can't find this menu (add / remove software in Win98).

I looked through the 20 first page of that forum and tried to make a search but no results (perhaps due to my poor english ). Even Win XP help software doesn't give me any result if I make a search. Microsoft forum seems saturated (10 minutes no page display with ADSL 2024!).

Please, HELP ME !!!!!!!!

Put a floppy in the floppy drive, right click the A drive, select format. Check "Create an MS-DOS Boot disk"...

A 3.5" boot disk for windows XP?

or u coulda used the help and support that came with windows and typed start up disk into the search function, lol. Nice waste, of 2 hrs.
