that can support 3.0GHz overclocked to maybe around 3.75GHz, preferably below $150, but give me what u got.

I have:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
512x2 PC3200 DDR RAM

tell me if you need more info on stuff.

This should be in the Intel motherboard section.

3750 Ghz on a x15 multiplier (your 3.0C) is only 250 FSB. Any Asus or Abit 865 or 875 board can hit that easily (i.e. P4P800, P4C800, IS7, IA7, IC7, etc., and all of their variants). Go take a look at the Asus and Abit Intel subforums to get a better of idea of which on you want.
