Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that is definitely a good stepping. AYHJA-Y, week 28. From everything I've read those chips from week 25 on in general have great o/c potential.
I have a 1.33 with the same specs, I think mine's a week 29. Haven't tried o/c'ing yet but can't wait til I do. :)

Your right, but anything after week 23 are the bomb!!
cool!! at last i got a nice stepping
Havent tried oc or anything yet since its less than 30mins since i got it:)
I got a fop38 hsw the temps are 46c and 48-49c running seti at default so i think im gonna leave it at 1.4 until i get a better hsw.
also is the wbk38 any better the the fop38? how much less temp can i expect with it?
also what about the cak38?? its rated up to 2ghz so seems to be good enough for reaching like 1.5-1.6??

I use the CAK38, and ThermalRight SK-6. The price is about the same - and I think the ThermalRight is a little better.
This rulez!! i couldnt wait for my hsw to try oc i just had to try so i bumped the multipilere up to 11,5 and which gave me a speed of 1544mhz:) not on single lockup or error!! and only ca 1c increase in temps. 48c running seti for 5min.

Buy the way this is hard for me to believe but my Vcore is 1.70 and on the hardware monitor is about 1.73 This is the first chip I have gotten thats this friendly. I've had an 1.0 t-bird and a 1.2 they both sucked. I forget the stepping but the temps where through the roof, and for the 1.2 to really run stable its running@1.1 for my kids.
