Is this a good cooler?

I'd say thats probably the biggest waste of $129.99 on the internet.

I guess it'd be worth it if you want to WC something under a 2000+ or 2ghz p4 and keep it quiet with no OC. Though you could just buy the xp-120 with a quiet 120mm fan for cheaper.

Well then what is a good kit. I have an amd 3000 and its overclocked as shown in sig.

What are your goals, case, skill level, budget, and noise tolerance? Also, are you willing to mod your case?

remove side panel, dump in water.

100% effective water cooling, when the system shorts out and doesnt make any more heat, is the cooling not working?

On a side note, I got my bong set up for about $129 total (going for retail prices)

If you dont mind dumping water in it all the time, and you live in a relativley arid climate, you should be good.
