I killed my main bios when i tried a bios update online, am running on my backup right now. How can i revert my main back to original settings?

I use my computer for FS2004, CFS3, UT2004, BF Vietnam, and hopefully it can do HL2 when it comes out.

Any suggestions to help safely oc without killing it would be much obliged

i dont known if your bios is same to mine (ga-8knxp) but i go to the dual-bios menu and then press "copy slave bios to main bios" button.
see your manual, there it says what you have to do to recover the bios

its either named dual bios or QFlash utility.. and as stated by 74205 copy ur backup bios to ur main bios.. first back it up to floppy to make sure u dont loose any data, and dont interrupt the process.
